I discovered yoga during training for my first half marathon—my legs were constantly tight, and I was desperate for relief. Like many runners, I thought yoga was just a good cross-training tool. But when I got injured just days before race day, everything shifted.

That injury opened my eyes to something bigger: recovery isn’t optional—it’s essential. I started diving deep into how mobility, breath work, and myofascial release could help runners not just recover faster, but stay injury-free and actually enjoy their training again.

After hundreds of hours of research, continuing education, and trial-by-fire through my own races, I built a system that helps runners train smarter, recover better, and show up to race day strong and pain-free.
